Created by experienced coaches, our 6-week performance programme has been meticulously designed to guarantee results to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.

Small group personal training sessions are uniquely tailored to your goals and motivation, carefully adapted to your capabilities, and supporting any injuries, Efficient and effective, we make it personal.

 

You'll be guided by a dedicated Fitness Collective coach, Achieving your goal, is their goal.

  • A Comprehensive Body Scan & Analysis.
    Discover your body composition - weight, body fat %, BMI, SMM (Skeletal Muscle Mass), Visceral Fat %...


    Movement Screening.
    We learn how your body moves. Together, we identify how to improve and achieve your goals.

    2 SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) sessions each week.
    Bookable on the hour, every hour 6 am to 7 pm.

Chloe - 5.6% body fat lost!

Thanks to TFC I felt the best I’ve ever felt on our wedding day!

In the lead-up to our wedding, the 6 week programme gave me the accountability I needed, especially around nutrition, and having trained at TFC for almost 2 years, the coaches continue to keep the sessions fun and challenging. There’s also so much support from everyone at TFC.

5.7kg Body Fat LOST!! Meet Joe.

Previous attempts at a consistent fitness regime had been anything but consistent... One month on it... Two months off... oops Christmas, rinse and repeat. I joined TFC for the 6-week program wanting a springboard back into the gym to make it an enjoyable habit rather than a chore. Wow did this do the trick!

I really enjoyed the leaderboard element, JT’s seminars, the comradery & support between the members, and yes... even the coaches' banter - woeful though it sometimes may be!! Can’t say enough good things about the place and the people - suffice to say I’ve signed up for the next 12 months.

1.7kg increase muscle mass.

5% down in body fat! Gary.

I joined TFC looking for an extra push before I went on holiday. As part of their 6-week program, I dropped my body fat from 16% to 13.2%! 

Since my holiday I have stayed consistent with my training and nutrition and I feel stronger than ever. I am now down to 10.8% body fat and have increased my muscle mass by 1.7kg!
